What is it?
These Medical Examinations are performed by our trained medical professionals who are indemnified to carry out this work. It is important to note that if your regulatory organisation requires the examination to be carried out by your NHS GP then please contact your own Doctor. These examinations typically include an eye test, medical history, physical examination specific to the requirements of the organisation that usually include height, weight, blood pressure and a urine test.
Will the doctor need to know my medications?
Yes. Please bring a list of all your medications with you.
Can I wear Glasses/contact lenses?
We will stipulate PLEASE BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTION with you for the eye test. This can be requested from your local optician and ensures a quick and easy test.
Where can I get a D4 medical form from?
Please download from the DVLA website or from our website during your application.
We normally have spare forms at the clinic.
