How long do the cupping marks last?
Your cupping marks may be instant or develop over the first 24 hours. After 3 days, they start to disappear and should be gone after a week.
What should I do before a session?
If you have the ability, it is highly recommended to fast at least 2-3 hours before the session. You can still drink. This is because having food activates the blood circulation in digesting and transporting nutrients around the body.
Does it hurt?
Cupping does not hurt. But sometimes, there is discomfort and in the first day or so afterward, the cupped area may feel a little itchy. We recommend to apply black seed oil on cupped areas to help itchiness, aid healing, reduce scarring and reduce the risk of infection.
Do you treat men and women
