Dr.Shine is an Acupuncture, Natural medicine and Hatha Yoga Therapy practitioner with over 12 years of experience across the UK, Maldives and India. Dr. Shine completed his collegiate studies in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences at the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Banglore, India and Postgraduate Diploma in Ayurveda Therapies from Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Limited, Kerala, India.

His Medical career began as a Clinical Acupuncturist and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, a 1450 –bed hospital in the south of India. He then went on to refine his skills in the hospitality industry at the 5 star retreats, the Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat & Spa, India and Maalifushi by COMO In the Maldives. He came to U.K in 2016 on a Skilled work visa as a wellness consultant and Acupuncturist.

He specializes in chronic pain, degenerative disorders, Digestive issues and stress management. His strong background in Natural medicine, Acupuncture, Ayurveda and Therapeutic yoga combines with his experience in both hospitals and resorts, lend Dr.Shine a good perspective in assisting each individual with their health goal
